Prof Katherine Strandburg (Alfred Engelberg Professor of Law, New York University School of Law)

 

On the 28th of February 2023, EOAR hosted Prof Katherine Strandburg from New York University. During her presentation, Katherine provided an overview of the Governing Knowledge Commons framework and discussed how it compares to the Contextual Integrity theory of privacy. She also spoke about some of the observations and recurring themes which have emerged from her work on privacy commons case studies, focusing in particular on the Rare Disease Clinical Research Network.
