Biomedicine and the Many Uses of Knowledge Commons

On the 29th of March 2023, EOAR hosted Prof Michael Madison from the University of Pittsburgh. During his presentation, Michael provided an overview of the Governing Knowledge Commons research framework, particularly in relation to biomedicine resources. He also spoke about how to assess the outcomes of knowledge commons governance systems. Finally, Michael talked about the interaction between knowledge commons concepts and IP law.
