Innovation by incomplete theorization: The case of induced pluripotent stem cells

On the 28th of November 2023, EOAR hosted Assoc Prof Grant Fisher from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Grant spoke about the framing of induced pluripotent stem cells as a technical solution to ethical problems as well as the concept of incomplete theorization, focusing in particular on the US policy context in the 2000s.
